We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise when you contact us. We do not collect any information without explicit consent of users.

Personal Information Provided by You:

• Contact Data: Name and phone number.
• Location Data: We collect precise and approximate location data (city, locality, and GPS coordinates) to facilitate the accurate booking and delivery of our services directly to your address, when you provide us.
• Service Partner Data: If you register as a Purohit (Service Partner), we collect details regarding your experience, proficiency, and exact service areas to connect you with customers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process (via Firebase Authentication).
• To fulfill and manage your bookings, orders, and payments (e.g., Razorpay).
• To enable user-to-purohit communication (e.g., sharing Completion OTPs to verify service delivery).
• To send you push notifications regarding booking statuses, schedule changes, and updates.
• To allow service partners to navigate to the customer's exact location (via Google Maps integrations).

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

Specifically, we may share data with:

• Service Providers (Purohits): Your name, location, and booking details are shared with the Purohit fulfilling your request. (Note: Phone numbers are strictly masked/hidden until a booking is accepted to protect your privacy).
• Third-Party Vendors: Such as Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Google Maps/Places API).

We may route to Payment Processor (Razorpay) when the service is enabled (at present disabled).

5. Online Transaction & Payment Functionality

The current version of this Application is a test/evaluation release and DOES NOT facilitate, process, or enable any monetary transactions, payments or other financial activities. No payment gateway or money movement feature is active in this version of the Application.

The inclusion of references to payment transaction or related financial services within the Application or its documentation is solely indicative of proposed future functionality. Such features, if introduced, will be made available only after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals, registrations, platform permissions, and organizational account requirements, and will be governed by updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provisions as applicable.

Users are advised that no financial transactions can be initiated or completed through the current version of the Application.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

Mandatory Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. You can securely delete your account directly from the App by navigating to the Sidebar Menu -> "Delete Account". Confirming this action will permanently and immediately delete your user profile and associated database records from our active servers.

7. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including industry-standard encryption via Firebase) designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
